Installing and uninstall programs in our Pc leaves a series of temporal files that in the long run they can cause trouble to the system. For this reason we need a tool such as Revo Uninstaller to completely remove any application.

Every time we need to use a program we install it on our PCs, even when we don’t know if we’re ever going to use it again. It doesn’t take long for our PCs to become full of unnecessary programs, consuming valuable system resources, making it take longer for the computer to carry out the same tasks, and generally making the machine a pain to use.

These types of situations may be resolved by removing the applications using the Windows “Control Panel – Add or Remove Programs” utility, but to properly remove applications you need a more comprehensive tool. Such a tool is Revo Uninstaller , which offers a superior solution for removing unwanted programs.

Revo Uninstaller features an outstandingly simple installation process and can be used in just a few straightforward steps, even if you’re an absolute beginner when it comes to computers.

Once installed and run, the program automatically opens up a window displaying all of the programs found on your computer. This lets you clearly see what is installed, making it easier to choose which applications you want to remove.

There are two very simple ways to uninstall a program. The first is to double-click on it from within the Revo Uninstaller window. The second way is to use the program’s “Hunter Mode”, which you can select from the tool bar at the top of the window. In this mode, Revo’s normal interface disappears and a “sight” appears on the screen. You can drag this around until it’s aimed at the program you want to get rid of (and which must be visible on the screen, either the running program itself or a shortcut to it), at which point you release the mouse button to drop the sight and “fire”.

No matter which mode you start in, the next step is the same: a window opens so that you can define the uninstall mode to use. The four possible choices are: Built-in, Safe, Moderate, and Advanced. The Moderate method is the one we recommend. So, once you’ve chosen it, click “Next”.

Revo will run, if it has it, the uninstaller of the selected program. If this isn’t available, it will take care of removing the application itself. In either case you must follow the prompts and click Next on the screens that appear until you reach the screen entitled “Found leftover Registry items”.

At this point the best option is “Select All” and “Delete”, after which you can continue by clicking Next. The process will have completed when the button reads “Finish”.

The program has now been fully removed from your computer, eliminating and updating all the affected elements, including any that were installed in the Windows directories. If the program still appears in the initial Revo Uninstaller window, click on “Refresh” to register the change and display only those programs that haven’t been touched.

By using this tool you can permanently remove any program, also removing any trace of its presence and keeping your PC as clutter-free as possible.
